I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive. I am gentle, but direct in my approach and work to create a space that my clients and I can work together as a team.

My first job in the behavioral health field was in 1994 when I worked at the community's mental health center. This job peaked my interest and led me to seek my Master's of Social Work which I obtained in 1998. I have since worked at various community mental health centers across the country and gained my LSCSW and LCAC.

I have since worked at various community mental health centers across the country and gained my LSCSW and LCAC.
I specialize in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, workplace burnout, health conditions, attachment and issues related to various types of caregiving (family, professional and volunteer caregivers). I am dedicated to providing personalized care to clients, and committed to ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques.
