We provide counseling services to individuals ages 18 and older. We provide specialty services for anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, relationship issues, caregiving, workplace burnout, life transitions, loss, and health and wellness. We also provide counseling related to other areas.

If you are not a Blue Cross Blue Shield member, you can choose to pay out of pocket for services.
We offer a free initial phone consultation (15-20 minutes in duration) to determine if services will be a good fit.
Payment is due at time of service, and we offer an online payment option.
